Architectural Technologist
Perfecto Villalba, Jr. joined Smart Density as an Architectural Technologist in 2023. His main passions
regarding architecture and urban planning are environmental sustainability, universal design, and the
construction of complete communities.
Perfecto’s prior experience includes residential and commercial projects of varying sizes around Ontario.
In his free time, Perfecto’s hobbies include reading mystery novels, drawing, and going for walks or jogs
outdoors. A lifelong Toronto resident, his goal is to help the GTA grow into a more accessible, affordable, inclusive, and beautiful place for everyone.
