While Toronto is exploring policy options for different housing types in Toronto’s “Neighbourhoods,” we can learn from the numerous “missing middle” buildings that have served our neighbourhoods for decades: from multiplexes to low-rise apartment buildings.

Join us on this journey to see where these treasures are hidden!

The session will consist of two parts: a short and informative talk on missing middle policy and a virtual tour of 12 buildings – all of which are multi-unit buildings surrounded by single-family homes.
